Adult Saturday Clinics

Elite Hockey clinics move to 7:50 tomorrow morning (March 29).  The ice will open at 6:50 am for extra practice time.  In addition, the ice will be open from 8:50-9:20 for scrimmage time.  We will not hold a clinic on April 5 or 19.  See complete schedule below.  
The clinics are $20, but there is no need to pre-register. All clinics will be held at the Gardens Ice House in Laurel. As always, the clinics are geared toward beginner and intermediate level players, but players of all ability levels are welcome. The clinics will focus on skating, stickhandling, shooting, passing, and team skills. I look forward to seeing you there.  
 

Clinic Dates and Times
Saturdays, March 29, April 12 & 26, & May 3 & 10.
Clinic starts at 7:50 am.  Ice opens at 6:50.  Scrimmage from 8:50 - 9:20 (most weeks)
 

Elite Hockey Instruction is offering skills clinics to all adults every Saturday morning. Each class is just $20.00.Goalies pay $10.00. As a bonus, the ice will be available for extra practice one hour before the clinic begins at no extra charge.

Focus: Skating, Passing, Shooting, Stickhandling,  Team Play and More

Focus

 

Skating: Balance, stride, starts, stops, edges, turns, crossovers, pivots, backwards
Puck Skills: Passing, shooting (all shots), stickhandling, moves
Game Skills: 1v1s, 2v1s, 3v2s, puck protection, playing without the puck
Team Skills: Offensive zone, neutral zone, defensive zone

Team Instruction

 

EHI also offers team instruction for adult teams looking to get a leg up on the competition.  We will create and run a practice plan to fit the needs of your team.  Most practices can be held for only $20 per skater.  This price includes an hour of ice and instruction.
