2017 Inline League

2017 Adult Inline League Information

 Division Information:

Two Leagues:  Weeknight or Sunday Only

Gold Division (A):

Silver Division (B): Team is comprised primarily of intermediate to advance level players. Team members may have played no higher than the following levels: Junior B, Non-Varsity College (ACHA), Midget AAA, Prep Schools or Varsity High School. Slap shots allowed, no checking

Bronze Division(C): Team is comprised primarily of less experienced recreational level players. Team members may have played some organized youth hockey up to the Bantam level. Slap shots allowed, no checking.

NOTE:
(1) A minimum of four (4) teams are required to form a division (NO EXCEPTIONS). If any division does not have four teams, the team(s) will be evaluated using the rating system. If the team(s) evaluation does not fit within the evaluation standards for a lower division, the team's reservation fees will be refunded. Teams may NOT automatically drop down a division for the sole purpose of playing in the league. No inter-division games will be scheduled.
(2) The Adult Hockey League management reserves the right to move teams between divisions in order to provide parity between teams with respect to both individual and teams skills.
(4) The Adult Hockey League Management reserves the right to remove an individual from a team roster if the individual's skill level is deemed incompatible with the standard level of play of any particular division.

 

Season Information

 

2017 Weeknight Inline

1. Season Includes:

  • 15 games (14 season games plus one single-elimination playoff game)

***** To ensure that each team gets their 15 games, there will be multi games during the week. (This means teams could play two games in one night or two games in one week different nights)

  • Teams Insurance
  • Captains are allowed to have up to 25 players on their roster ( Captain + 24) captains have control over how much each of these players pays.

2. Registration Deadlines

Teams must be registered by May 1, 2017

ALL Players ( even subs) have until July 5, 2017 to Register.

Roster Freeze Begins July 5, 2017

3. Team Cost and Payment Information

Cost per team is $3,160.00

Captain will have the option when registering the team to A.)pay just a $300 deposit  and assign the balance to his players or B.) pay the full fee.

A1.) If the captain chooses to only pay the deposit and assign the rest to the players. When the captain registers the team he will be asked how much he will be Charging the Full Season players, Half Season players, Subs and Goalie.

No installment plan on the  $300 deposit

The player registration will be created using these fees, that the captain assigned when he signed up the team.

A2.) Players will be required to make their payment at the time they register.  These fees will be programmed based off of the captain’s assignments during the team registration. 

  • An installment plan will be available online for players who wish to pay in installments
    • 1/3 @ time of registration
    • 1/3 June 1
    •  Balance July 1

·      Players on an installment plan, who have an installment decline will be disabled on the roster until the declined installment is paid.

*No one may play until they have registered themselves onto the teams roster and paid their league fees.

Players may have to pay additional fees at a later time if fewer players than expected choose to register and the captain assigns additional fees.

 B.)  Captains who choose to pay the full fee you will have the option to pay  in one lump payment or pay using an installment plan.

4. Rosters and Roster Freeze:

All Players Full-Time, Part-Time, Subs and Goalies have until July 5, 2017 to go online and register themselves onto the roster, then rosters Freeze

Rosters will cap at 25 players ( Captain + 24). After 25 players, we will still allow subs to be added, however they will be required to pay a $50 administrative fee.
 *This administrative fee does not count towards the teams fee and is NON REFUNDABLE

Rosters Freeze 30 days from the start of the season ( NOT from the start of  each teams first game)

ALL PLAYERS MUST BE REGISTERED BY THE ROSTER FREEZE DATE July 5, 2017

In the event that you need to permanently replace a player after the roster freeze date. You can replace the player by paying a $50.00 Player add on fee. It will be a one for one trade. Playoff game requirements still apply. No Player Trades will be done the last 2 months of the season.

  • Inline Hockey Allows 15 skaters and 2 goalies to be Benched per game
     
  • All players and goalies on the same team must have similarly colored jerseys. The jersey for each player and goalie of the team must have a unique number on the back of the jersey. This number must correspond to the number for that player or goalie on the team roster. This requirement is in effect from the opening day of the season.

 5. Refund Policy:

 Individual Player Refunds are not done by the rink. Since each player is paying part of a team fee assigned to them by the teams captain, refunds are an internal matter to be handled within each team.

Team Over Payment Refund: If a team over pays their league fee , a refund will be issued back to the captain once all teams have paid in full. The captain will then be responsible for distributing the fees back to his players as he sees fit.

6. Season Dates:

Season Play and Play-offs:  Regular Season Begins June 6 and Playoffs  estimated to be Mid August

Games will be played on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays will be reserved for make-up games. ***** To ensure that each team gets their 15 games, there will be multiple games during the week. (This means you could play two games in one night or two games in one week different nights)

League Benefits:

  • 15 guaranteed games (14 game season plus at least one single-elimination playoff game)
  • All teams qualify for and play a single elimination playoff series through to the championship game.
  • Full team and player stats maintained.
  • Certified referees (from SHOA) for each game.
  • Scorekeepers provided for each game.
  • League Commissioner present at all league functions.
  • Competitive, but fun play at all levels. A great way to improve your hockey skills.

5.Insurance:

  This year the teams insurance was build into the league cost. So the league will mail in all the teams insurance fees at one time.
